Groove and Grow was born from my own journey into motherhood. With over 20 years of dance experience, movement has always been my way to feel strong, grounded, and connected. But after having my baby, I struggled to find a space where I could move, laugh, and feel like myself—while still having my little one with me.

So, I created Groove and Grow—a place where parents can reconnect with their bodies, share joyful moments with their babies, and build a supportive community. Based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, we offer Baby Dance Club™, and unique pop-up classes, all designed to bring movement, connection, and fun into early parenthood.
