Our very first Pop-Up Class is hereâand itâs bringing the heat!
Taught by Gabriela, a passionate Latin dance instructor and mum of three, Hot Mama Moves is all about feeling good in your body and having fun while doing it. Gabriela creates a warm, inclusive space where everyone is welcomeâwhether you're pregnant, babywearing, or holding your little one in your arms.
This class draws inspiration from Latin dance styles and is specially adapted for pregnancy and postpartum. Expect spicy rhythms, hip-shaking moves, and a good sweatâall in a light-hearted, joy-filled vibe.
