We are so honoured to be welcoming Janine Armfield, founder of Blossom Doula Care—affectionately known as The Baby Whisperer.

With over 30 years’ experience as an obstetrics nurse, Janine has supported countless mothers, babies, and families through the tender early stages of life. Her approach is deeply nurturing, practical, and grounded in real-world wisdom.

In this special session, Janine will share insights into the importance of postpartum care—an often overlooked but vital time for healing, adjustment, and connection. She will offer gentle, realistic ways to weave rituals of self-care into your daily routine, even amidst the demands of new motherhood.

Following class, Janine will guide a small, intimate circle, creating a safe and supportive space for open sharing, reflection, and connection. This is a beautiful opportunity to feel seen, heard, and held within community.
