Baby Dance Club™

A feel-good dance class for parents and their babies

Baby Dance Club™ is a 60-minute class with 40 minutes of uplifting dance, designed for pregnant mums and parents or caregivers with babies aged 0–18 months.
This is your time to move, sweat, and reconnect with yourself—guilt-free. It's about joy, community, and creating your village through movement.

Baby Dance Club™ is different from your usual mums-and-bubs class: it’s parent-focused, and babies love the rhythm, so there’s no need to stop and take breaks. Just dance and enjoy.

There are no nursery rhymes here—just upbeat tracks to energise your body and lift your spirits.

Each class includes:
💛 A 20-minute warm-up
💛 A beginner-friendly choreography that changes weekly
💛 Time to connect with others and take the moves home

If you join for a full term, you’ll learn a variety of routines you can enjoy dancing to with your baby at home.
