Grounded Mama Pop-up with Genevieve Kayra

Grounded Mama is a unique one-off pop-up dance class created especially for mums with babies aged 0–18 months. Whether your baby is held in your arms, snuggled in a carrier, or happily watching nearby, this class is designed to support your connection — to your baby and to your body.

We’re thrilled to welcome international guest instructor Genevieve Kayra, visiting from Paris for a limited time. Genevieve is known for her soulful and embodied approach to Afro-based dance styles, and she’s bringing a beautiful fusion of Semba, Kizomba, Tarraxinha, and Afro grooves to this special session.
