Service Description
Grounded Mama is a unique one-off pop-up dance class created especially for mums with babies aged 0–18 months. Whether your baby is held in your arms, snuggled in a carrier, or happily watching nearby, this class is designed to support your connection — to your baby and to your body. We’re thrilled to welcome international guest instructor Genevieve Kayra, visiting from Paris for a limited time. Genevieve is known for her soulful and embodied approach to Afro-based dance styles, and she’s bringing a beautiful fusion of Semba, Kizomba, Tarraxinha, and Afro grooves to this special session. Expect: Gentle, continuous movement adapted for postpartum bodies Rhythmic, grounding music to help you drop into your body A welcoming, supportive space for mamas at any stage An opportunity to move, connect, and feel good — with your baby by your side This class is suitable for all levels — no dance experience necessary. Pregnant mamas are also very welcome!

Terms and Conditions for Baby Dance Club™ By participating in the Baby Dance Club™ class, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Physical Health and Fitness You confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in low-intensity exercise. You understand and accept that any injury or discomfort experienced during the class is at your own risk. Postpartum Requirements You must have completed your six-week postpartum check and received medical clearance to engage in physical activity. Class Intensity and Breaks Baby Dance Club™ is a low-intensity class, but you are encouraged to take breaks whenever needed to ensure your comfort and safety. Baby Safety While the risk of injury to your baby in the carrier is low, you acknowledge that any risk incurred during the class is your own responsibility. Please ensure that your baby is securely and comfortably positioned in the carrier at all times during the class. You should check that your baby is secured following the T.I.C.K.S protocol. Liability The organisers and instructors of Baby Dance Club™ are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in the class. Participation By attending the class, you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge your personal responsibility for your health and well-being, as well as that of your baby. If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to participate safely, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining the class.
